1. Identify Material Issues (Mapping)
Toward the realization of a sustainable society, we had discussions on what we should work on as a company and then (1) identified our material issues (mapping) and (2) set our goals.
We will continue to promote SDGs awareness, working towards the goals in order to improve our corporate value and realize a sustainable society.
We analyzed our current activities, mapped them to the 169 targets specified for the 17 SDGs and then identified our material issues (materiality).

2. Define the Goals (Specific Numerical Targets)
Based on the items identified in the mapping work, we have defined specific numerical targets that are measurable and feasible.
We hereby declare the goals we will strive for, and we will make consistent efforts to achieve them by 2030.

Further expand employee training to strengthen human resource development
We will regard all of our employees as valuable human resources and will expand our training programs in terms of both quality and quantity and invest more time and money.
- Allocate 3% of our operating income to education
